Alexander Fischer is an independent board member with 19 years of professional experience in the financial services industry, specializing in wealth management across Europe. He is a fully qualified lawyer and an expert in corporate governance.

Before joining Leoniq Directors Office, he served for nearly four and a half years as Head of Corporate Investment Services & Fund Setup, and for three years as Assistant Vice President at two of the most renowned and largest Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMs) in Luxembourg.

Prior to that, he was Senior Legal Advisor at the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), the Luxembourg investment fund association, and held various committee positions within the European fund associations EFAMA and ETDF.

Alexander Fischer serves as a member of various management and board bodies of both CSSF-regulated and non-CSSF-regulated investment funds.
