Karin Kaiser is responsible for leading Private Markets activities across Europe at Schroders Greencoat, where she oversees European energy transition investments, including for institutional funds, mandates, and wealth products.

Prior to this, Karin served as Co-Head of UK Solar and Portfolio Manager at Greencoat Capital, where she successfully raised GBP 1.5 billion for renewable energy investments.

Karin’s career began at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where, as an Investment Banking Analyst, she focused on complex transactions including recapitalizations, acquisitions, and distressed financing.

She holds a Master’s in Quantitative Economics and Finance from the University of St. Gallen and a Bachelor’s in International Economics from Maastricht University.
