Oliver Freigang is an international CEO level executive, with more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry globally (New York, London, Zurich, Brussels, Düsseldorf).

Experienced in leading carve-outs and turnarounds either for international companies or for Private Equity owned businesses he has track record of delivering profitable growth and transforming low revenue businesses into successful ones, selling complex systems B4B and B2B with strong negotiation skills at senior management level of Fortune Global 500 companies (DAX 30, FTSE 100, SMI, Dow Jones, Straight Times), understanding and navigating complex products, technologies and businesses, and delivering results through a clear strategy, strong leadership and people empowerment.

He first started his career at Citi Group where he reached Vice President Director level before starting at UBS, first as Head of Corporate Employee Financial Services (CEFS) since May 2004, and then promoted to Managing Director at UBS from 2008 to 2015.

After this he led a multinational team based in Zurich with offices in London, Frankfurt, Singapore and New York with Equatex AG as CEO, before he arrived to EWM Global as head of Business Development, where he was responsible for driving the expansion of EWM's target markets, to strengthen the Sales & Marketing efforts and to build new alliances and develop new products for EWM.

Oliver is currently CEO and Co-Founder of qashqade AG, a FinTech start-up focused on providing Private Equity solutions for GPs (General Partners) and LPs (Limited Partners), where the focus is to bring together digital technologies and specific expertise in the areas of finance, specific product knowledge for Private Equity solutions and related areas, product development and risk management – all within one coherent system.
