Dr. Jens Steinmüller is a partner in the Investment Funds department at POELLATH's Berlin office. His practice focuses on advising institutional investors in connection with their participation in alternative investment funds (in particular in the areas of private equity and debt, infrastructure and energy) from a legal, regulatory and tax perspective. His work includes the conception and establishment of investment platforms as well as support in the implementation of alternative investment strategies and asset management. He specializes in investment and investment tax issues as well as other regulatory and tax issues in connection with alternative investment funds. He is the author of numerous scientific publications and a frequent speaker in the relevant fields.
