Andrea Serra
Andrea is part of the senior leadership group executing ICG’s Strategic Equity (GP-led Secondaries) investment strategy and sits on its Investment Committee. Prior to joining ICG, Andrea spent 15 years at Blackstone, most recently as a Managing Director in the Tactical Opportunities group in New York, and before that, in the firm’s Private Equity division in London and New York.
