Rantum Capital was founded in 2013 as a bank-independent SME financier and focuses on German-speaking SMEs with debt and equity funds. Rantum Capital manages four funds with more than EUR 1 billion in capital commitments. True to our founding motto "by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs", we see the combination of the industrial experience of our industrial partners (former DAX board members or successful SME entrepreneurs) and the financial expertise of our investment team as a central component of our investment approach. Rantum's existing investors are mainly insurance companies, pension funds, foundations and family offices from Germany and other European countries. Rantum Capital is regulated by BaFin and is based in Frankfurt am Main.
