Ronald Buge has been with POELLATH since 2004 in the Private Funds practice group. He advises fund managers on legal and tax issues relating to the structuring of alternative investment funds as well as institutional investors such as insurance companies and pension funds, as well as family offices on fund investments. His focus has been on German and international tax law, including investment tax law, procedural law and tax compliance issues (FATCA, CRS, DAC 6). In addition, he is the author of various specialist publications on tax law topics relating to alternative investment funds, including commenting on provisions of the Investment Tax Act in Herrmann/Heuer/Raupach.
