Gregor Evenkamp is Partner in the Munich office of Clifford Chance since 2009 and member of the international Clifford Chance Funds and Asset Management Group. He advises national and international fund managers, banks, insurance companies and financial services institutions on investment, capital markets and banking supervisory law. A particular focus of his work is advising on investment law and collective investment models. In addition, Gregor Evenkamp actively advises in connection with the capital market structuring of structured products, securitization transactions and alternative investments for institutional investors. Gregor Evenkamp is a member of Clifford Chance's Global ESG Board and Global Tech Group.
