Niklas is a Senior Fund Manager in the CRE Debt team at AXA IM Alts.

Niklas joined AXA IM Alts in 2016 and has 15+ years’ experience in CRE investments.

Before joining AXA IM, Niklas spent three years with M&G Investments and seven years with Eurohypo AG, where he focused on origination, structuring, execution and restructuring of commercial real estate debt transactions in the UK and Continental Europe.

Niklas started his career at GE Capital, where he completed a two-year financial manage-ment program in the UK and Germany.

Niklas holds a BA Honours degree in International Business Studies from European Business School London.
