Jan Herrmann advises national and international companies on financial regulatory law.

He specializes in the structuring of alternative investments such as closed-end investment funds, profit participation rights and crowdfunding as well as payment transaction regulatory law.

Jan Herrmann supports clients in financial supervisory law, e.g. in BaFin proceedings. He advises in particular capital management companies on the structuring of closed-end investment funds, including with a focus on ESG.

He runs the Osborne Clarke FinTech Blog.
