Dr. Bela Jansen has more than 20 years of experience in advising domestic and foreign clients on (investment) tax and regulatory issues in the area of asset management, as well as on all types of fund investments.

He advises both providers and institutional investors, in particular on tax law, on the establishment, structuring or restructuring of regulated and non-regulated investment funds and other investment products (private debt, real estate debt, infrastructure, securities, real estate, certificates, bonds, NPLs, private equity, hedge funds, derivative instruments, open and closed-end funds). In addition, he advises initiators and investors on the ongoing taxation of their investments and on their investments, including in the context of tax audits, objection and court proceedings.

A further focus is on tax law advice on the structuring and implementation of pension assets and pension obligations.
