Patricia Lakatos is Managing Director and in-house lawyer in the Access Solutions division of Prime Capital AG - an independent asset manager and provider of investment solutions based in Frankfurt am Main.

She advises in connection with the legal structuring and launch of alternative investment funds, securitization solutions and other investment solutions of Prime Capital AG and Prime AIFM Lux S.A. Prior to joining Prime Capital in 2020, Patricia Lakatos worked as a lawyer in a global UK commercial law firm in the area of capital markets and regulatory law and in a US commercial law firm in the area of structured finance.
