As Chief Investment Officer, Nils Rode is responsible for Schroders Capital's global investment management activities and leads the data science activities of Schroders Capital Labs. He is a member of Schroders Capital's Executive Board and Investment Committee. Prior to joining Schroders Capital in 2005, he was Vice President at SkyOnline, a US-based private equity-backed IT and telecommunications company, where he was responsible for finance and strategy from 2003 to 2005. From 1995 to 2002, Nils Rode was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in Germany, where he was the lead manager for several strategic, organizational and operational improvement programs for both privately held and publicly traded companies in the technology and financial sectors. Nils Rode is an author on strategic management of knowledge-based organizations.
