Max Sergelius is an in-house lawyer and Team Head Product Legal at Aquila Capital Investmentgesellschaft mbH - the capital management company of the Aquila Group, a Hamburg-based group of companies specializing in the investment and development of essential real assets. Together with his team, he is responsible for the legal structuring and launch of alternative investment funds and other products of the Aquila Group. Prior to joining Aquila Group in 2020, Max worked as a lawyer in a global US commercial law firm in the project finance / renewable energy sector.
